A video from Michael that highlights any facilitative action as always needing to be flexible enough to adapt to the dynamic non-linear needs of people while often existing in a linear environment. Whew! That sounds exhausting just reading it. Basically we want to highlight that while this course takes place in a linear fashion (Week 1, Week 2, etc.), the material and the ideas we practice are not very linear. We connected them in the way that makes the most accessible sense, but as you will see as we build the framework, facilitation requires holding a few ideas, awarenesses and goals in front of you at the same time, rather than going from Step 1 to Step 2. Michael uses the idea of spinning plates and learning to ride a bicycle as helpful ways to think about how this course will occur.
